CNC original owners and management team have worked together for over twenty years and possess an outstanding reputation with their customers. Customers include architects, building owners, general contractors, leading Defense Contractors, Federal and State Agencies.
Our mission is to provide professional engineers and certified technicians to design, build, secure, and maintain anything that traffics across a secured IP network and communication system.
Customers with secured network operations rely on our certified and secured network engineers including cyber security, command and control systems, and applications supporting our DoD partners.
For twenty-two years we have built a solid reputation in communication infrastructure design, developing plans and specifications to modernize infrastructures, and to create communication solutions using new Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) and Internet-of-Things (IoT) devices to help reach a buildings net-zero-energy goals and improving the quality of life for our stakeholders.
LEADERSHIP
John Kowalsky
Managing Director
Mr. Kowalsky is a founding Principal of Consolidated Networks Corporation which was formed in 1998. As one of the Managing Director he is part of a team of hard-working professionals responsible for marketing, sales, and managing one of our centers of operation. As the Business Leader for the company his focus is generating opportunities and long-term relationships with customers, contractors, and business partners. He works with the other Directors to set the strategic growth for the company and participates in the execution of our business plan, generating revenue, cost control, and profitability. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University Sacramento and is a California Licensed General Contractor. He is married with three adult children and enjoys running, golfing, hiking, and fishing in the Lake Tahoe basin.
Edward Kusbel
Managing Director
Mr. Kusbel is a founding Principal of Consolidated Networks Corporation. He began his career in 1988 as a Network Engineer for Network Solutions Inc., headquartered in Herndon VA. He quickly moved into Project Management and then became Vice President of Operations in 1996. His current responsibilities as a Managing Director for Consolidated Networks include management and oversight of professional services operations to include network/systems administration and network/systems security practices. Mr. Kusbel offices in the Consolidated Networks Oklahoma City facility where he also oversees financial and back-office operations for the company. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University (Dec 1987) and a Masters of Science in Management from Southern Nazarene University (May 1992). Mr. Kusbel is married and has five adult children. He has six grandchildren all living in Edmond Oklahoma. He is an avid golfer and is working to become a Certified Pit Master at the BBQ Champs Academy.
Antonio Remedios
Managing Director
Mr. Remedios is a founding Principal and Managing Director of Consolidated Networks Corporation. He is responsible to lead the technology infrastructure, administrative and contracts, and quality management teams for the company. Under his leadership and guidance, CNC obtained a CMMI Level 3 Assessment for quality administration and control, leveraging a cloud-infrastructure for company communications and artifact management. He supports the other two Managing Directors, defining strategies and tactics for risk management, contract and government regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth. He holds a BA from Holy Cross College, MS from San Francisco State University, and Ph.D. (a.b.d.) from The Catholic University of America. Tony is married, with four adult children and three grandsons, and serves as a Permanent Deacon in the Catholic Church in Arlington VA.
Brian Baesler
Solutions Architect
Mr. Baesler is a Solutions Architect working across multiple industries addressing client and business management problems by collaborating with stakeholders to create Designs and Specifications used to implement a secured, scalable, and fully operational communication solutions. Under his leadership the company has built a creditable Design Services business expanding our capabilities to design and build new communication infrastructures supporting Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. Brian also serves as the Program and Operations Manager for the California Office as a leader in our daily business functions from sales to managing the company forecast, customer and project billing, and maintaining California skilled and trained workforce. Brian has a Bachelor of Science Degree from California State University of Sacramento and is a BICSI Registered Communication Distribution Designer (RCDD).
Kathy Bollingmo
Business Manager
Ms. Bollingmo is the Business Manager of Consolidated Networks Corporation. She is responsible to lead the companies accounting, finance and administrative management teams for the company. Under her leadership and guidance, CNC has been able to scale these functions while the company has grown. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from The University of Central Oklahoma in accounting and an AA if Office Administration from Rose State College, OK. Kathy has been a Member of the Oklahoma Society of Certified Public Accountants for over 20 years and has held positions for many years as an officer for her church and neighborhood association as treasurer.
