PAST PERFORMANCES

Global Hawk Drone

The 12th Reconnaissance Squadron at Beale AFB in Northern California is building a new flight center for its unmanned surveillance aircraft known as Global Hawk. Consolidated Networks was awarded the Contract to Design and Build the communication infrastructure and Data Center for the new flight center.

USC Santa Cruz

The University of California, Santa Cruz has a major $45M Capital Project to upgrade their communication infrastructure. Consolidated Networks was awarded a competitive contract to install over 7,500 data drops (ISP) and over thirty-two (32) miles of Corning Outside Plant (OSP) Fiber solution serving 278 IDF/MDF’s.

Mountain View Whisman USD

Mountain View Whisman Unified School District was looking for a solution to help bring education technology into every classroom. Consolidated Networks designed their ‘Classroom of the Future’ which included exciting new collaboration tools, audio enhancement technology to improve reading and comprehension, and an easy-to-use tool for Teachers which brings the outside world into every classroom.

Beale AFB AV-over-IP Video Mirroring

A U.S. Defense Customer needed to mirror 4K HDMI video content to remote locations using their existing secured TCP/IP network. In the past Video Mirroring was a standalone system but CNC designed a solution which consolidated real-time video onto the customers’ existing secured TCP/IP Network. This design eliminated the need to build a standalone HDBaseT solution while maintaining the same quality video, switching capabilities, and reducing costs to build and operate the solution.

US Navy Medical Center San Diego

For the last five years Consolidated Networks Corporation has provided Communication Infrastructure Moves, Adds, and Changes throughout several US Navy Medical Treatment Facilities in San Diego.

Department of Forestry (CAL FIRE)

CAL FIRE contracted Consolidated Networks to support the design of their communication infrastructure and IP based (IoT) systems used to support a new communication infrastructure CNC designed for their new standard 1-engine and 2-engine fire stations.

USAF Surgeon Gnrl Network Modernization

This is a multi-year NETCENTS task order to provide converged network solution architects and engineers. The intent of the contract is to capture the strategic view of the architecture, provide support to integrate all architecture modernization efforts in a cohesive manner, and to effectively execute against the planned strategic architecture.

U.S. Army Corps of Engineers IA Contract

CNC was Contracted by the TAFB 60Th Comm Squadron to expand their VoIP solution to additional facilities. We setup and maintained the CCM lab equipment and maintained connectivity to the VoIP phones, cameras, and InformaCast software.

U.S. Army Network Enterprise Center / DOIM

CNC was awarded a contract by the C7th Signal Command, 106th Signal Brigade Network Enterprise Center, Mission and Installation Services to provide the NEC with System Administration Services, Senior Systems Administration Services, Logistics Supply Services, Transmission/Outside Plant Technician Services, Help Desk Support Specialist Services, and Network Administration Services

U.S. Army JEIDDO Network Operations

Under the JEIDDO Network Operations contract CNC maintained and supported all NIPRNet and SIPRnet information technology and communication systems. CNC staff also served as Information Management Officer Services assisting JIEDDO JCOE, provided troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of all related systems.

Navy NMCI Northeast Shipyard Support

CNC performed installation and management of the entire network structured cable upgrade installation for the 88th Medical Group at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. Our team of technicians and IP Engineers upgraded the building infrastructure that includes fiber optic backbone cable, copper voice backbone, 3/0 ground cable and networking copper infrastructure for the Medical Treatment Facilities at WPAFB.

Mather AFB Virtual Health Center

The Veterans Administration (VA) funded a new Virtual Health Center at Mather AFB to support patient needs during the COVID pandemic. CNC was contracted to build a secured communication infrastructure and integrate the audio-video system with the centers distant medicine applications

Santa Rosa Junior College

CNC built a new secured communication infrastructure to support a 2,200 square foot state-of-the-art chemistry lab classroom, complete with full preparation lab, and a 1,600 square foot anthropology lab classroom, with visual displays.

Healdsburg High School Modernization

Healdsburg High School Modernization included a new culinary and digital media arts building.

USAF TAFB VoIP Deployment

CNC upgraded the communication infrastructure for Nellis AFB Mike O'Callaghan Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Las Vegas NV. Our team of technicians and IP Engineers replaced all fiber/copper for this hospital and seven other CONUS MTF’s.

Davis Unified School District – AV for 4 Multi-Purpose Rooms

CNC was hired to build and make operational an Audio Video solution for four (4) new Multi-Purpose Buildings on various sites. Buildout included AV, Assisted Listening, Clock/Speaker, Fire Alarm, and Intrusion Detection systems. CNC designed, built, and secured all MPR audio-video wiring, PoE/IoT devices, programming, pre-test, final testing, and acceptance.

US Army Live, Virtual, Constructive Training

U.S. Army Warfighters use live, virtual and constructive training systems and they rely on CNC technical staff to consolidate operations, system maintenance and integration and engineering support services. CNC’s work includes network security and network operations at Ft. Irwin, and performing security assessments at over 480 training facilities worldwide to identify and maintain the Program’s security posture. In 2019 Lockheed Martin and Raytheon individually awarded CNC multi-year contracts worth $11M.

Seymour Johnson Air Base

Seymour Johnson Air Force Base in North Carolina is home to the 333rd & 334th Fighter Squadron training units manned by hand-selected highly experienced Instructor Pilots. The 4th Communication Squadron awarded a competitive contract to perform a GPS survey to locate, record, define attributes, and validate their communications system infrastructure in their CIPS Visualization Component (CVC) database.

UCSC Scotts Valley Tenant Improvement

UC Santa Cruz established a center in Scotts Valley, leasing 127,000 square feet of office space on three floors to accommodate more than 500 staff members. Consolidated Networks Corporation was contracted by the Building Owner to design and build the campus Telecommunication Infrastructure and Audio Video Solutions for over 40 meeting and conference rooms.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District

SMUD awarded Consolidated Networks a five (5) year Professional Service Contract for on-demand drafting services to support the Facilities Projects and Engineering Group within General Services at SMUD. Consolidated Networks AutoCAD professionals supported engineers with Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing designs, As-built Documentation, and Floor plans.

Moon Gate Supportive Housing

Moon Gate Supportive Housing in Salinas California will connect housing and health services for the highest utilizers of the healthcare system. Consolidated Networks Corporation built a new and vibrant space that incorporates arts, health and wellness, culture, and educational programming to serve all Chinatown neighborhood residents.

USAF BITI Infrastructure Task Orders

Consolidated Networks successfully implemented USAF base area networks at Air Bases in Clear Alaska, Cavalier North Dakota, Cap Code Massachusetts, Davis Monthan Arizona, and Kirtland New Mexico. Infrastructure buildout included ISP/OSP and wireless communications.

Sacramento Municipal Utility District

Dixie Unified School District

The District passed a $30 million Bond to renovate their schools starting with Dixie Elementary School. This campus was a Lease/Leaseback to GCCI Construction who awarded Consolidated Networks Design/Build for Fire Alarm, all Conduit, and Low-Voltage. The School District contracted directly with CNC to design/build the Clock/Bell/PA solution, Voice over IP (VoIP) solution, Wireless Access (WAP), as well as the campus classroom audio video (AV) solutions.

Edwards AFB 2ndGen WLAN

CNC was the lead contractor to install and make fully operational 2nd Gen WLAN solutions at Edwards AFB. Our WLAN Installation Team used 2GWLAN protocols, installation standards, and approved security protocol throughout the installation.

System of Systems (SoSE&I) Directorate

CNC was awarded a 3 year Contract to provide Subject Matter Experts with Information Assurance expertise to the System of Systems Engineering and Integration (SoSE&I) Chief Information Officer (CIO). Our experts implemented DoDD 8570.1 Information Assurance Certification, and Workforce Management's Certification, and IA Management Level II requirements.

Fort Sill Classroom XXI Network Operations

US Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI)

On NMCI our Engineers supported the ISP/OSP High Level Design and Detail Level Design. Our teams completed the designs for Bases and Camps in Japan and over 20 CONUS Navy bases. Deliverables included Site Survey Information, Bill of Material or List of Materials, AutoCAD drawings, and creation of a Bid Package (RFP) issued to Quality Service Providers responsible to install the copper and fiber infrastructure.

Wright Patterson AFB MTF Upgrade

Air Force Cyber Support Services

The Air Force Information Network (AFIN) is a multibillion-dollar portfolio of Air Force (AF) programs that ensure an effective worldwide, fixed-base, high-speed, high-capacity, reliable and secure digital communications infrastructure. Consolidated Networks Corporation was awarded a contract to provide Network and Systems Technicians to provide distributed Tier II support and assured compliance assessment support at Hanscom AFB Integration and Test Facility.

Base Telecommunication Systems

Travis AFB issued an RFP to provide technical personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items and services necessary to provide highly reliable Base-wide telecommunications and networked voice, video and data services. CNC competed against three other defense contractors and won this three-year firm fixed price Contract valued at $6.5M.

Tesla Dashboard Factory

SAS has been contracted by Tesla to build their Model 3 Dashboard. SAS acquired an empty building in Fremont California and contracted Consolidated Networks to design/build the electrical, IP communications, and electronic safety and security systems. The buildout of the facility took seven (7) months which beat the strict milestones set by Tesla.

Meadows Napa Valley Retirement Home

The Meadows of Napa Valley sits on 20 acres in Napa. The Meadows underwent a major Expansion adding 92 apartments with sizes of up to 2,400 square feet. The expansion included state-of-the-art wellness center and dining venue. Consolidated Networks was contracted to provide all Communication Design/Build throughout the expansion keeping all systems on-line and operational throughout deconstruction and new buildout.

El Molino Performing Arts Center

Consolidated Networks was awarded a $750,000 contract on behalf of the West Sonoma County Union High School District where a new Theatre would be built using designs by Schallack Cooperative.

San Jose USD Theatre AV Solution

Consolidated Networks was awarded a $1.5M contract to modernize five (5) High School Theatres located throughout the District. Each theatre had unique Audio/Video Design requirements to address new Scaler/Switchers, DSP’s, Amplifiers, Speakers, Soundboards, Lighting Integration, and fiber/copper Control Systems. Each Theatre was configured and programmed to integrate audio systems for performers, stage hands, assisted listening, and intercom system.

David Grant Medical Treatment Facility

CNC performed installation and management of the entire network structured cable upgrade for the David Grant Medical Treatment Facility at Travis AFB, CA. Our Technicians and IP Engineers modernized the building infrastructure replacing all fiber, copper, and communication infrastructure for the hospital.

USAF TAFB VoIP Deployment

CNC upgraded the communication infrastructure for Nellis AFB Mike O'Callaghan Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Las Vegas NV. Our team of technicians and IP Engineers replaced all fiber/copper for this hospital and seven other CONUS MTF’s.

Army Exportable Training Capability (ETC)

CNC supports the Exportable Training Capability (ETC) program providing subject matter experts (SME) in Secured Network Operations and Information Assurance. Our SME’s have direct responsibility for Networks (WANs) providing IP communications, Non-Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (NIPRNET), Secret IP Router Network (SIPRNET) and maintain 24x7 secured network communications.

Head Start - Opportunity Inc.

CNC along with HUD and Federal Schools and Library Division (e*Rate) set forward a $500,000 network design for 19 counties in Northwest Oklahoma for the Head Start program in support of Distance Learning. CNC Network Engineers supported the design and implementation of forty (40) different locations covering over 20,000 sq miles. CNC and Opportunities Inc. established Internet Connectivity for all 19 counties. Our goal was to establish Distant Learning at designated sites and continuous Communications for the communities.

Portsmouth NSY Waterfront Support

CNC was contracted by HP to support the NAVSEA Naval Shipyard field activity with Waterfront Support (WFS) in Zone 1. A team of CNC Engineers and Technicians support the US Navy Submarine crews during their stay at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. Their duties consist of both computer and infrastructure activities. CNC specialists design, build, maintain, and provide trusted communications for submarine crews.

Oakland Unified School District

The California Oakland Unified School District (OUSD) awarded a single contract which called for full coverage of the entire school facility/plant by wire-LAN and wireless networking technologies. CNC Engineers did a wireless Design allowing for Predictive Analysis quickly identifying placements of Access Points, potential RF disturbance, and higher QOS throughout the implementation process. It took Consolidated Networks eighteen months to rewire fourteen school sites.

Dublin San Ramon Services District Boardroom

Consolidated Networks was awarded a $225,000 contract to modernize the Boardroom audio-video system for the Dublin San Ramon Services District. CNC installed an Extron AV system integrating it with the Boardroom electronic window blinds and low-voltage lighting system to automatically adjust light color temperature and brightness based on the AV presentations or standard settings for board meetings.

Mike O'Callaghan Medical Center

CNC upgraded the communication infrastructure for Nellis AFB Mike O'Callaghan Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Las Vegas NV. Our team of technicians and IP Engineers replaced all fiber/copper for this hospital and seven other CONUS MTF’s.

Peninsula High School

San Mateo Union High School District required a new Public Address system for their Peninsula High School site. CNC selected FrontRow Conductor because it seamlessly interfaced with their classroom audio/video solution and it reused existing exterior speakers and horns which reduced cost and the time to implement the solution.
